Peanut Butter Balls (a.k.a. deliciousness)
I'm going to just do you a big, huge, delicious favor and share this recipe with you as I love these NO-BAKE energy bites. They are delicious, did I mention that?
I usually whip up a batch of about 12-15 balls every other week for my and my hunny to pop in and enjoy on-the-go! Since that seems to be my focus lately (on-the-go) it works perfectly with life right now!
So here is the recipe! Enjoy & remember sharing is caring!
2 cups oats (I use gluten free)
1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup of your favorite mix in (optional): Milk Chocolate chips, butterscotch, white chocolate or bakers favorite!
1/2 cup of coconut flakes (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop of your favorite protein (I use Vanilla Ice cream by Whey Protein which I get on Amazon)
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly so the peanut butter and honey is evenly spread, then refrigerate for 20 minutes. After the mix has set, start to roll into balls about 1-1.5 inches thick, or however big you would like them to be and then put them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Then enjoy them for the next week!
